At Rieker Shoe Corporation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
